Symposium Abstract Submission Process

Through this online form you will be able to submit your Symposium Abstract. You should read through the Presentation Guidelines to determine the appropriate track you are applying to and to begin preparing for the presentation. You should also consult with your faculty mentor prior to submission to review your abstract and confirm your presentation track (Prior to submission you should consult with your faculty mentor to review your abstract, confirm your presentation track and approval following submission. It is your responsibility to maintain communication with your faculty mentor throughout this process.

The abstract should be no more than 250 Words and include the following on the top of the page in this order:

  1. Presenter name and major (the lead presenter should submit the abstract)
  2. Faculty mentor and department
  3. Other contributors (put in order of contribution credit)
  4. Title of project

This application consists of a total of 4 pages. You will receive an e-mail confirmation upon submission.
